In response to this growing demand, our company has carried out comprehensive upgrades in 2026, including production equipment, manufacturing processes, and overall production capacity.
At present, we are capable of producing handmade winding rubber expansion joints with a maximum diameter of DN4000 and a length of up to 5 meters. These products are specifically designed for ultra-large pipeline systems and are widely used in seawater desalination projects, large municipal water supply systems, and coastal infrastructure. Such applications require excellent corrosion resistance, strong flexibility, and high structural strength.
In terms of manufacturing technology, we have further optimized our handmade winding process by adopting multi-layer reinforcement structures. This ensures that the products maintain excellent flexibility while achieving superior pressure resistance. At the same time, we have implemented a modern production management system to ensure full quality control from raw materials to finished products, meeting international project standards.
