For large-diameter expansion joints, such as DN4000 products, strict testing is essential to ensure they can perform reliably under demanding conditions, including seawater desalination and large pipeline systems.
In addition, we have improved our after-sales service system. For standard products, we provide a 3-year warranty. Products used in high-temperature, acid-alkali, or oil-resistant environments are covered by a 2-year warranty, while customized products for special applications come with a 1-year warranty. If any quality issue arises, we respond within 12 hours with a written reply and provide a solution within 24 hours. In cases where a confirmed quality issue is identified, we offer free replacement to ensure customer satisfaction.
