The official website of Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Group Co., Ltd. presents detailed information on the Expansion Joint Contract for the Qingtuto Special Steel Continuous Casting System Project in Fujian.
Shanghai Songjiang Group supplies high-performance rubber expansion joints for multiple special steel continuous casting systems. Below is a detailed introduction.

I. Introduction to the Fujian Qingtuto Special Steel Continuous Casting Project
The Fujian Qingtuto Special Steel Continuous Casting Project has a total investment of RMB 3.5 billion, with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of 3500 mm stainless steel medium and heavy plates. From groundbreaking to hot commissioning, the project took only 16 months, demonstrating the “Qingtuto speed” of high-quality development.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value exceeding RMB 12 billion and create approximately 800 new jobs, strongly supporting stable local economic growth.
The project uses stainless steel slabs as raw materials and adopts a globally pioneering integrated production process of “hot rolling – hot charging – hot annealing – online finishing – online surface treatment.”
Its core equipment includes China’s first 3500 mm stainless steel Steckel rolling mill, featuring strong rolling capacity with a maximum rolling force of 90,000 kN and high efficiency with a maximum rolling speed of 8.0 m/s, providing a solid foundation for the production of high-quality stainless steel products.
Qingtuto Group, one of the five major groups under Tsingshan Holding Group, entered Ningde City, Fujian Province in 2008. It has invested more than RMB 30 billion in the metallurgical new materials industrial park on the Bayu Peninsula in Fu’an.
The group owns 37 subsidiaries, including Dingxin Industrial, Qingtuto Nickel, Qingtuto Industrial Co., Ltd., Qingtuto New Materials, Dingxin Technology, Qingtuto Special Steel, Qingtuto Equipment, Qingtuto Logistics, and Qingtuto Heavy Industry, employing over 20,000 staff on the Bayu Peninsula.
