The official website of Shanghai Songjiang Vibration Absorber Group Co., Ltd. presents detailed information on the Rubber Joint Contract for the Stamping Workshop of the FAW Hongqi Fanrong Factory.
Shanghai Songjiang Group supplies safe, reliable, and highly trusted rubber joints for hydraulic systems in stamping workshops of many automotive factories. Below is a detailed introduction.

I. Introduction to the FAW Hongqi Fanrong Factory
The FAW Hongqi Fanrong Factory is located at No. 4696 Qiche Avenue, Changchun Automobile Industry and Technology Development Zone. It covers a land area of 755,000 square meters with a total building area of 435,000 square meters.
The factory consists of a stamping workshop, body welding workshop, painting workshop, battery and electric drive workshop, and final assembly workshop. It is a benchmark modern automotive manufacturing plant characterized by high-end positioning, intelligent manufacturing, and green production, and has been recognized by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Factory.
Visitors to the factory can closely observe the welding and final assembly processes of Hongqi vehicles, experiencing firsthand the brand’s commitment to lean manufacturing and quality-first principles.
Upon entering the plant, a futuristic automotive manufacturing scene unfolds—stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, and battery electric drive workshops are efficiently arranged. Industrial robotic arms lift and rotate with precision, automated guided vehicles move seamlessly across the production floor, and digital data flashes on intelligent control screens.
Through the coordinated operation of automated machinery and skilled personnel, one new energy vehicle rolls off the production line every 54 seconds.
Among the five major workshops at the Fanrong Factory, the stamping production line achieves a full-process automation rate of 71.4%. The welding production line, equipped with 739 robots, reaches 100% welding automation. The painting production line, utilizing 7-axis robots, has improved automation efficiency by 15%, while the final assembly line supports flexible production across A-class to C+-class vehicle platforms. Overall, the factory’s level of intelligent manufacturing ranks among the industry’s leading standards.
China FAW Group is widely known as the “cradle of China’s automobile industry.” On July 15, 1953, its predecessor, the First Automobile Works, held its groundbreaking ceremony in Changchun. After three years of dedicated effort, China’s first domestically produced automobile officially rolled off the production line on July 13, 1956, marking a milestone in the nation’s industrial history.
