I. Introduction to the Suzhou Bay Hengli Huanqi Center Project

The Hengli · Suzhou Bay Huanqi Center Project has a total investment of approximately RMB 10 billion and covers an area of about 216 mu. The project is located in the core area of the East Taihu Lake Tourism Resort, bordered by East Taihu Avenue to the north, Suzhou Bay Avenue to the east, Kaiping Road to the south, and Chunlan Street to the west.
It is a super-large-scale headquarters economy project initiated and rapidly implemented by Hengli Group.

Construction of the project began in October 2020. The overall plan includes the development of two 258-meter super high-rise research and office towers and six 200-meter commercial office buildings, supported by commercial facilities and high-end talent apartments.
