Songjiang Group provided clamp-type rubber joints for the second base of Pangang Group, Jingjiu Township, Xichang City, Sichuan Province. Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park (Jingjiu Industrial Park) was established in December 2004. It is located at the junction of Jingjiu Township and Xichang Agricultural Reclamation Company, 20 kilometers south of Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. The park is currently planned to control an area of 24 square kilometers, which is composed of the Heituwan Group, the Luojiagou Group, the Permanent Residential Group, and the Yangjiaheba Group.
