Please install an effective chlorine ion removal device at the water inlet of the pipeline (chloride ion content does not exceed 25mg/l) to avoid excessive chloride ion content in the water and pinhole corrosion.

When the equipment stops working and is in a static state, the chloride ions in the water will adhere to the inner wall of the corrugation, causing pinhole corrosion. Due to the small diameter and the wall thickness of the corrugation is less than 1mm, the chloride ion will quickly corrode the corrugation on the inner wall of the corrugation. There are salt in the air-conditioning water, sodium chloride in the salt, and chloride ions in the sodium chloride. Stainless steel 304 is not resistant to chloride ions.

5. The solution given by the technical department of our factory:
1. Install a chloride ion elimination device in the pipeline to ensure that the chloride ion content of the circulating water does not exceed 25mg/l;
2. Replace the metal soft connection with a PTFE lined metal hose;
3. Replace the metal soft connection with a rubber hose;
